By accessing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher (or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified laboratory, institution, or business entity engaged in lawful research), that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you will handle, store, use, and dispose of all products in a safe, lawful, and compliant manner. You accept full responsibility for compliant use once a product leaves our facility.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and NovaFlex ("NovaFlex," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to novaflexusa.com (the "Site") and any purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or authorized to purchase on behalf of a research laboratory, institution, or business entity.
• Pricing, certificates of analysis, and ordering are available only to registered account holders. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• All accounts and orders are subject to verification and screening. We may request additional information and may decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Research use only; buyer responsibility

• Products are sold solely as reference materials for lawful in-vitro research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.
• You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of a product for your intended research, and for the safe, lawful, and compliant handling, storage, labeling, use, and disposal of all products.
• You agree not to resell, relabel, or supply any product for human or animal consumption, or to misrepresent the nature, purpose, or approved use of any product.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase; no order is binding until we accept and ship it.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product, purity, and pricing information, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any amount paid.
• Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

4. Product information & testing

Every batch is independently third-party tested (HPLC and mass spectrometry) for identity and purity, and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is available on request. Product descriptions reference published areas of scientific research and are not claims of efficacy or safety.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the verified purity/identity documented in each batch's Certificate of Analysis, products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any product will achieve any particular research result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaFlex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NovaFlex harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use, handling, storage, or disposal of a product, or from your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised above. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information NovaFlex collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to novaflexusa.com and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and a password you create.
• Order & shipping information — items ordered, shipping address, and order history.
• Payment information — processed by our third-party payment providers; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store full card numbers.
• Support communications — messages you send us by email or form.
• Usage data — basic technical information (such as browser type and pages viewed) and essential cookies needed for the cart and login to function.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and verify eligibility.
• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and provide customer support.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and hosting providers — and only as needed to perform their services, or where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship

NovaFlex ships to destinations within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders may only be shipped to a valid U.S. address associated with a verified researcher account.

Restricted destinations

Research-use-only material must not reach a channel where it could be administered to a person. We therefore do not ship to, and will cancel orders destined for, addresses we identify as pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, med spas, wellness or IV clinics, weight-loss clinics, hormone or TRT clinics, gyms and fitness facilities, or student dormitories. This is about the destination, not about who you are — a qualified researcher ordering to a laboratory, business or residential address is unaffected.

We may delay, hold, refuse or cancel any order where the purchaser, the billing address, the shipping address, the recipient or the stated end use cannot be verified, or appears associated with onward supply for human use. Where we cancel on these grounds the order is refunded in full.

Adult signature required

First orders ship with adult signature confirmation: delivery requires someone aged 21 or over to sign at the address. Packages are not left unattended. Please make sure someone can receive the delivery, as re-delivery attempts and returned-to-sender parcels are the purchaser's responsibility.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on a business day are typically prepared for shipment the same business day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. Orders that require additional verification or screening may take longer.

Shipping cost

A flat $9.95 domestic shipping charge applies to orders under $199. Orders of $199 or more ship free within the United States. The threshold is measured on the product subtotal after any discounts, and does not include tax.

Shipping methods & delivery

• Several shipping options are available at checkout. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch; transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• Every order is packed with care to protect the materials in transit. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Accurate address & risk of loss

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. If your tracking shows no movement or a package appears lost, contact us and we will help open a carrier inquiry.

Refund Policy

Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on proper handling, our return policy is designed to protect quality and safety while making things right when something goes wrong on our end.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

• Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund of the affected item(s), at your choice.

Returns

Research materials cannot re-enter our custody once they have shipped. Chain of custody is the whole basis on which a certificate of analysis means anything: a vial that has left our control cannot be certified again, cannot be re-sold, and cannot be verified as having been stored correctly in the interim. Orders are therefore not returnable once shipped, other than where required by law or where we determine a documented fulfilment error, shipping error, shortage or transit damage occurred.

Report any discrepancy in writing to [email protected], with your order number, within 7 days of delivery. Where a claim is approved we will replace the item, issue store credit, or refund it to the original payment method. If something is wrong with your order we would rather hear about it than have you dispute the charge — contact us first and we will resolve it.

Quality guarantee

Every batch is third-party tested (HPLC and mass spectrometry) before it ships, and a Certificate of Analysis is available for each batch. If independent testing of an unopened, properly stored vial shows it does not meet the identity or purity stated on its Certificate of Analysis, contact us — we will replace it or refund it.

Non-returnable items

• For safety and integrity reasons, opened, used, or reconstituted vials cannot be returned or refunded except under the quality guarantee above.
• Returns are not accepted for items damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery, or for change of mind on an accepted order that has already shipped.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible under the terms above.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Promotions & Discounts

All prices on this site are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD). We do not currently sell in any other currency.

Labor Day — 15% off sitewide

This offer closed on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern and is no longer available. It required code LABORDAY at checkout and was not applied automatically. It reduced the order total by 15%, calculated on the order subtotal after any volume-tier reduction and after any catalog price reduction then in effect — so it applied on top of a reduced catalog price rather than in place of it. Shipping and tax were not discounted. One code per order; it could not be combined with another discount code. Orders placed while it ran are unaffected.

Buy 2, get 1 free

This offer closed on Friday, August 28, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern and is no longer available. Applies automatically at checkout, in complete sets of three items. The free item is the lowest-priced item in each set. Quantities of the same product count individually, so three of one vial qualifies. Six items give two free, five items give one free with the remainder charged at list price. The discount is calculated on list price and cannot be combined with another promotional code — where both would apply, whichever gives the larger saving is used. Orders placed while it ran are unaffected.

Volume pricing

Per-item price reduces automatically at set quantity tiers for the same product. Tier pricing is shown in the cart before you pay, and applies before any promotional code.

Discount codes

A discount code reduces the order total by the stated percentage. One code per order; codes cannot be combined with each other or with the multi-buy offer, and where both would apply the larger saving is used. A code may carry an expiry date and may be withdrawn at any time. Orders already placed are unaffected.

Research Credits

Credits accrue on paid orders and can be redeemed against a future order at the rate shown in your account. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are forfeited if an order is refunded.

Payment Security

Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers. NovaFlex does not store full payment-card information.

Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's hosted fields and are transmitted to them, not to us. We never see, handle, or retain a full card number, and no card data is stored on our servers or in our database. This entire site, including every account and payment page, is served over HTTPS.

We keep the order record, the amount, and the provider's reference for that transaction, which is what lets us support refunds and answer questions about a charge. If you ever see a charge you do not recognise, contact [email protected] or call (919) 333-7234 before disputing it — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can.
