You accept full responsibility for compliant use once a product leaves our facility.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and NovaFlex Peptides ("NovaFlex," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to novaflexusa.com (the "Site") and any purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or authorized to purchase on behalf of a research laboratory, institution, or business entity.
• Pricing, certificates of analysis, and ordering are available only to registered account holders. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• All accounts and orders are subject to verification and screening. We may request additional information and may decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Research use only; buyer responsibility

• Products are sold solely as reference materials for lawful in-vitro research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.
• You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of a product for your intended research, and for the safe, lawful, and compliant handling, storage, labeling, use, and disposal of all products.
• You agree not to resell, relabel, or supply any product for human or animal consumption, or to misrepresent the nature, purpose, or approved use of any product.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase; no order is binding until we accept and ship it.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product, purity, and pricing information, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any amount paid.
• Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

4. Product information & testing

Every batch is independently third-party tested (HPLC and mass spectrometry) for identity and purity, and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is available on request. Product descriptions reference published areas of scientific research and are not claims of efficacy or safety.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the verified purity/identity documented in each batch's Certificate of Analysis, products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any product will achieve any particular research result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaFlex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NovaFlex harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use, handling, storage, or disposal of a product, or from your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised above. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship

NovaFlex Peptides ships to destinations within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders may only be shipped to a valid U.S. address associated with a verified researcher account.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on a business day are typically prepared for shipment the same business day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. Orders that require additional verification or screening may take longer.

Shipping methods & delivery

• Several shipping options are available at checkout. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch; transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• Every order is packed with care to protect the materials in transit. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Accurate address & risk of loss

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. If your tracking shows no movement or a package appears lost, contact us and we will help open a carrier inquiry.

Refund Policy

Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on proper handling, our return policy is designed to protect quality and safety while making things right when something goes wrong on our end.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

• Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund of the affected item(s), at your choice.

Quality guarantee

Every batch is third-party tested (HPLC and mass spectrometry) before it ships, and a Certificate of Analysis is available for each batch. If independent testing of an unopened, properly stored vial shows it does not meet the identity or purity stated on its Certificate of Analysis, contact us — we will replace it or refund it.

Non-returnable items

• For safety and integrity reasons, opened, used, or reconstituted vials cannot be returned or refunded except under the quality guarantee above.
• Returns are not accepted for items damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery, or for change of mind on an accepted order that has already shipped.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible under the terms above.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
