What we tend to hire for
Fulfilment and inventory
Picking and packing orders, receiving shipments, keeping the physical count and the system count the same number. Attention to detail matters more than experience.
Laboratory documentation
Managing certificates of analysis, batch records and third-party testing correspondence. Suits someone comfortable reading an HPLC report and noticing when something does not add up.
Customer support
Answering researcher questions about specifications, documentation, shipping and orders. Writing clearly is most of the job.
